Detoxification is a key component of overall wellness. We are bombarded with environmental toxins day in and day out regardless of how healthy we aim to be. Our bodies need support to expel those toxins safely to help us achieve our optimal wellness and health goals. We will be launching a detoxification program
on January 29th
and we'd love to have you join us!
Detoxification Program: One month duration
Includes 4 (one/week) infrared sauna visits
Includes 2 (one every other week) foot detox sessions
Heavy Metal & Parasite check on each participant
Lymphatic drainage & dry brushing Demo
4 group sessions with our health coach, Stefanie, throughout the month to discuss detoxification. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and discuss practical tips to aid in detoxification. Sessions will be in person or some may choose Zoom.

Sample recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner (10 recipes total)
